Date of Establishment:

Established August 17, 2020 by Ordinance No. 20-016  granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and 190.012(2)(a)(d) and (f) and 190.012(3) F.S.

 The District lies, generally, south of Orange Avenue (State Road 68) and north of White Way Dairy Road. Hartman Road lies to the   east. Peterson Road is the primary access to the residential community from Hartman Road , Bent Creek Drive serves as a secondary   access from Orange Avenue.

8. For purposes of this subparagraph, charges do not include patient charges by a hospital or other health care provider.

 

The CDD is authorized to levy, impose, collect, and enforce special assessments and fees pursuant to Chapters 170, 190, and 197 of the Florida Statues, however the District currently is not imposing any taxes, fees, assessments or charges.
